Are these platforms single-level?+
Yes. DSPR DOCK focuses on single-level floating platforms. A canopy provides overhead shade; it is not an upper deck. Custom inquiries on this website are also limited to a single-level deck.
Can I order one platform?+
The standard platforms shown in the DSPR shop are available from one unit. Custom dimensions, construction and accessories are reviewed and quoted for your project.
What does the reference price include?+
Each product page lists the standard platform configuration. Shipping and custom changes are quoted separately. Confirm pumps, repair items, mooring equipment and every accessory in the written quotation.
Can you customize the size, colour and logo?+
DSPR accepts inquiries for dimensions, colours, logo artwork and deck or seating layouts. Send your requirements for a feasibility review, drawing and itemized quote before production.
How long do production and delivery take?+
The existing DSPR shop gives a planning estimate of about 45 days of production after design approval and about 60 days in transit. These are estimates, not a delivery guarantee. Confirm the schedule for your destination before booking an event.
How is shipping calculated?+
Send your country, postal code or port, quantity and selected configuration. DSPR confirms freight and delivery terms in your quote. Eligible US and European addresses may be quoted DDP; remote areas and islands need separate confirmation.
How many people can use a platform?+
Request the approved occupancy and rated total load for the exact configuration. Deck dimensions and the number of included seats do not establish safe capacity. Confirm inflation pressures, access, mooring and operating conditions before use.
What support is available after delivery?+
The standard products in DSPR SUP Shop list a one-year warranty. Confirm the applicable written warranty for your specific order. Contact rio@dsprsup.com with your order reference, photographs and a description of a quality issue.
